My treatment room, translated for home.

The results I get in the treatment room are insane.

For 15 years, I’ve worked with the same fundamental forces to change faces: light, electricity, and touch.

But not everyone can get in to see me. And for the people who do, I wanted them to be able to continue the work between sessions.

So I built a way to bring my approach home.

The System Electric brings together the tools I developed from the way I actually work—each one designed to do something different, and each one working as part of a larger approach to the face.

LE FREQ — SIGNAL

Seven colors of LED light designed around the light protocols I use in the treatment room.

Light is information. Different wavelengths deliver different signals to the skin. This mask was designed to be lightweight, malleable and super soft. Soft eye protection is built into the mask. This mask addresses the concerns of overstimulation by allowing for ventilation and having just the right amount of diodes placed far enough apart from each-other. More is not better. It can be damaging, especially to those who are concerned about hyperpigmentation/melasma. I built this mask with every skin type in mind. 

The manual is robust. Any question you have regarding skin tone and skin concerns, timing, retinol, etc. it's in the manual.

EC/DC + ISN’T IT IONIC — CURRENT

My at-home microcurrent system, developed from 15 years of working hands-on with current, facial architecture and bioelectricity. 

EC/DC delivers the current. Isn’t It Ionic creates the hydrated, conductive environment it needs to move through skin.

ANGELS AT THE DISCO GUA SHA— RHYTHM

My sculptural gua sha tool for the part no machine replaces: touch.

Movement, massage, lymphatic flow and the physical rhythm of working with the face.

LE FREQ — LED SKINCARE MASK SIGNAL

Seven colors of LED light in one flexible mask. LE FREQ brings light into the system—the part of my treatment-room practice I use to deliver specific wavelengths that message the cells.

EC/DC — MICROCURRENT DEVICE CURRENT

The current.

Developed from 15 years of working with microcurrent and eight rounds of engineering to translate the waveforms, timing and output I wanted into an at-home device.

Three signal levels. Two modes: SIGNAL + SNATCH.

This device is designed to work with the skin, muscles and ligaments. The architecture of the face.

This is proper microcurrent. It's different than EMS devices. With EC/DC there is coherence to the waveforms and how they signals the cells. 

 

ISN’T IT IONIC — MICROCURRENT GEL CONDUCT

Current needs conductivity.

ISN’T IT IONIC creates the hydrated slip and conductive environment EC/DC needs to move through the skin.

An 8 oz bottle made to be used generously—not preciously. This gel should last you a while. I made it 8oz for that reason. 

 

ANGELS AT THE DISCO — GUA SHA FACIAL MASSAGE TOOL RHYTHM

The touch.

A sculptural, weighted gua sha tool designed for facial massage, movement and the hands-on part of the ritual. I made it weighted to take away the guess work on how much pressure is needed. The weight of the tool itself will give you proper pressure...no pressing needed. The disco ball roller top is designed to use with medium to heavy pressure along the brow bone and for jaw release and tension. It's designed to roll gently around the front and back of the ears and down neck. You will intuitively know how to do this.

HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM

It looks like a lot. It isn’t.

I designed every part of The System Electric to be intuitive and easy to use at home.

You don’t need to be an aesthetician. You don’t need to understand bioelectricity. 

1. RHYTHM — ANGELS AT THE DISCO

Start with touch.

Use Angels at the Disco Gua Sha to begin moving the face, encouraging circulation and lymphatic flow and preparing the tissue for what comes next.

This is one of the most important steps.

2. CURRENT — EC/DC + ISN’T IT IONIC

Apply Isn’t It Ionic generously, then pick up EC/DC.

EC/DC may look serious, but using it isn’t.

I deliberately designed it to be intuitive and simple, with three signal levels and two modes: SIGNAL + SNATCH.

Start low. Follow the movements in the manual. As you become familiar with the device, using it becomes second nature.

3. SIGNAL — LE FREQ

Finish with light.

LE FREQ has seven colors of LED light, with different wavelengths for different skin goals.

Choose your light, put on the mask and let it do its thing.

Use everything together as a complete ritual, or use each tool on its own.

Some days you might want current. Some days light. Some days just touch.

The system is yours to use however your face needs it.
