Return & Refund Policy
At Jill Black Holistic, we stand behind the quality of every product we create. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at jill@jillblackholistic.com.
Skincare Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, whether opened or unopened.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Supplements
For health and safety reasons, all supplements are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Le Freq LED Mask & EC/DC Microcurrent Device
We accept returns on Le Freq and EC/DC devices within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The device must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The device must include all original accessories, charging cables, manuals, and packaging.
- The device may be tested to verify proper functionality before a refund is issued.
To begin a return, please email jill@jillblackholistic.com within 14 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Unless a product arrives damaged or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Device Warranty
Le Freq LED Masks and EC/DC devices are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal consumer use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or abuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal cosmetic wear
- Damage caused by improper charging or handling
If you believe your device is defective, please contact jill@jillblackholistic.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or video to help diagnose the problem before arranging a repair or replacement.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
